The 1114 chassis was produced by Mercedes Benz in Malaysia. Designline have a number of chassis (one source suggested 40). As produced this is a front engined chassis. This 1114 has a rear mounted 6 litre engine and is supposedly sourced from Germany but has a New Zealand VIN from the series assigned to older vehicles on re-registration. The wheelbase is 4480mm and GVW 11 tonnes.
